Post Rehabilitation Therapy & Posture Analysis
Most clients I have worked with have endured some degree of physical trauma that inhibits their locomotion, posture, and ultimately their training style.  Every client will be offered a comprehensive postural assessment to detect muscular deviations that have profound effects on the body's natural alignment.  A majority of these ailments go unnoticed and potentially lead to injuries or chronic pain.  Identifying and treating past injuries and postural deviations are primary components of my training regiment.

Body Fat Reduction
There is certainly a difference between losing weight and losing fat mass.  Dieting or over-training may reduce that number on the scale; however, integrating proper nutritional intake with cardiovascular and resistance training into your lifestyle yields the healthy physical benefits as well as long-term positive emotional responses. 


Muscle Gain
Toning up, building muscle, or gaining definition are common personal goals but are rarely fully achieved or maintained as so many factors are involved in the process.  My programs will eliminate any guess-work and provide real results.


Athletic Performance

With an extensive personal training, athletic, and Kinesiology background (see Bio), I implement functional training techniques that will help your body perform at the highest possible level. 


Nutritional Counseling

As previously mentioned, nutritional intake cannot be stressed enough in helping you achieve your fitness goals. 
I do not promote dieting but encourage clients to modify their food intake in several ways.  Whether looking to lose, gain, or maintain your current weight, I will customize healthy menu plans according to your goals, food preferences, and busy schedule -  something that you can actually adhere to!
